Using RH 9, I am trying to generate Eclipse Help using a command prompt. Using the prompt, I can open the RH successfully, and also generate WebHelp, FlashHelp, and others successfully too. However when I try Eclipse Help, I receive a message saying that "EclipseHelp does not exist". I generate Eclipse Help without incident daily, but this is the first time Im attempting to use the command line.
