style sheet not being applied to certain topics in .chm file

Hello,

I just upgraded to RH8 to produce HTML help. I was previously using RH7. Almost all topics use the style sheet called e4w.css. When i generate a .chm file and display various topics with the e4w.css style sheet, some topics display without the style sheet applied.

Here is a sample of a topic from the .chm file WITH the style sheet applied, and one WITHOUT the style sheet applied. They both have the same style sheet (e4w.css) associated with them. In fact, if I display both these topics using "View Selected Item" in RH, they BOTH display with the style sheet properly applied.
